How do I apply a RMA number?
To return your products please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days and request a RMA number. Please specify your name and order number along with a detailed reason for your RMA request.
After your RMA request is approved, you will be sent a RMA number and shipping address during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs for the return, including reimbursement to fashionhouse.ecrater.com for any shipping costs that fashionhouse.ecrater.com might have incurred to ship the product to the customer, unless otherwise stated in these return policies.
Any products sent to fashionhouse.ecrater.com without an approved RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.
How if I would like to exchange items?
All requests for product exchanges will be subject to the same standards as returns for refunds on products. To request a RMA please email your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. If not included, you will be contacted to find out the item requested for replacement.
All ship fees to and from fashionhouse.ecrater.com will be paid for by the customer. If the item being exchanged is more than the cost of the replacement item, a restock fee of 15% will be charged on the difference.
What payment choices do I have?
We accept credit card payments (VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover), Paypal, and check/money order. To pay by credit card you could pay through our web site. You could also mail us check or money order. As soon as we collect your money, your order will be shipped. We always need to collect money before your order can be shipped.
